One of the purposes of a dental bone graft is to provide support to future dental or denture implants. The implants are placed in the bone, in such a way where osseointegration occurs, so we need sufficient bone density. There are two types of dental bone graft:
Human bone or other species, mainly the bovine.
Guided tissue regeneration: when it is not possible to obtain a natural bone, collagen material is used.
